02 Feb ExploRussia to deliver presentation on outstanding city tours, at ITB 2015
Moscow, 15th January 2015 – ExploRussia, an inbound local tour operator from Moscow, which offers private and fully tailored tours to Russia, will deliver a presentation on memorable city tours and approaches every tour operator can take to ensure that they are providing an outstanding experience for each and every traveler. Presentation will be delivered during the 10th Pow-Wow for Tourism Professionals at ITB 2015 in Berlin, Germany, the world’s leading travel trade show.
City tours are the most popular and the best selling tourism product in Russia. Practically everyone who comes to Russia for the first time, wants to visit all the most famous tourist sights, and doesn’t have much time to explore the city. “But a short panoramic excursion around the centre and a fast visit to Kremlin won’t give any idea about the real local life. ExploRussia came up with several solutions on how to spice up such city tours to make them really authentic and memorable.” – explains Olga Sitnik, co-founder of ExploRussia.

The presentation will also provide different examples and easy to implement tips to boost the customer experience, which can be implemented by any tour operator.
