Learn how to cook traditional Russian cuisine and try the most typical Russian dishes during Russian house cooking workshop! Enjoy cooking and eating typical Russian menu and experience the Russian-tea ceremony, while chatting with your Russian hosts.
You will prepare traditional Russian dishes, depending on the seasonal vegetables and your requirements. For example, meat eaters can be taught to cook pelmeni, veggies may try sweet blini or varenniki, and everyone will get a chance to stuff pirozhki with their favorite filling. You will have a chance to try typical Russian drinks like kvas or kefir.
And here comes the best part – after you have successfully prepared all the dishes, you will be able to enjoy the meal you have made over a family table together with your Russian hosts.
While drinking a delicious cup of Russian tea alongside traditional Russian sweets – cookies and syrniki, learn how an average life of Russian family looks like, what do Russians love and hate about their homeland, what do they think about different social issues and current politics.
We believe than only by interacting with locals, you are able to discover real Russia and its people. So, spend a lovely evening with a Russian family and learn the Russian truth, something more than shown on the news.
